Negotiated directly with several domestic and international acquisition targets.
  • Performed operational and financial reviews of three separate $20M - $60M operating divisions, each focusing in both industrial and consumer products industries, in order to evaluate their possible consolidation and its impact on competitive positioning, valuation, customer service, operating results, and future global platform growth. Subsequently engaged to identify and secure a joint venture partner, after successfully presenting recommendations directly to Chairman, CEO, and executive team.

    $25M MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS VEHICLE MANUFACTURER
  • Provided sell-side advisory services. Successfully positioned the Company for sale, developed the offering memorandum, identified and pre-qualified potential strategic and financial acquirers in a highly discreet manner, and negotiated and managed the sale of the Company to a $3 billion Tier 1 defense contractor, including an earn-out bonus above the seller's expectations which they maximized in the succeeding 3 years.

    $5M EARLY-STAGE INTERNATIONAL MANUFACTURER OF LARGE STEEL PROPS (747 JETS, F-15 FIGHTERS, AUTOS, ETC.) USED TO TRAIN EMERGENCY RESPONSE PERSONNEL IN BOTH MILITARY AND CIVILIAN CENTERS
  • Provided interim CFO services and corporate finance advisory services, including the successful raising of $3 million of private equity to fund working capital requirements and growth projections. Developed offering memorandum, identified potential private equity investors, negotiated transaction, and managed due diligence and documentation processes.

  • Provided certified valuations of restaurant operations for a 92 unit franchisee, and provided assessments of business prospects for being able to repay a collective $70M of debt to 13 lenders.
